Talent Gap

According to recruiters and HR professionals, by 2008 to 2010 we will have the "worst worker shortage in a lifetime." 35 million people are expected to vacate jobs and 20 million jobs are projected to be created, leaving 15 million unfilled jobs--the so-called "talent gap." Recruiters have expressed a deep concern with the need to find top performers in what will be an increasingly tight "employees" market.

Please note these are educated, skilled workers we are talking about.
