+ Information Technology

The report goes on to say that:

+ 31% of hiring managers report difficulties finding qualified candidates, especially those with specialized skill sets.
+ 30% of hiring managers plan to seek candidates to fill professional and technical positions.
+ 10% will be looking for managers, directors, team leaders, and senior executives.
+ 12% will be looking for administrative level positions.
